What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This allows us to open up the appointment slot for other clients. If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible. We want you to book with confidence and will be happy to help you. Please call us at the shop or contact your piercer directly. Do not contact us on social media, as we may not see the message. Please be advised: No-show appointments will result in the forfeit of your deposit. 

What if i am running late to my appointment?

As a courtesy please inform your piercer if you are running late. Anything past  fifteen minutes will result in the forfeit of your deposit as we sterilize between appointments to set up for the next appointment.

What if i am a minor (under 18)?

Minors (under the age of 18) must have a parent or legal guardian present at all times during the appointment. If a legal guardian is signing, they must have legal guardianship paperwork (i.e., court documents) present at the time of piercing. Minors under 14 are only allowed to pierce earlobes and traditional cartilage due to insurance. Minors over 14 may get another ear, face, and navel piercings. Minors CANNOT get surface, nipple, or genital piercings, regardless of parental consent.

What do I need to bring?

A valid government-issued ID (state ID, driver's license, passport, military ID, permanent resident card, etc.) must be present at the time of the appointment. We accept cash, card, or Apple Pay for piercings and jewelry. We recommend you eat an hour or two before your appointment and are well-hydrated.

How much will it cost?

Most piercings are subject to a $40 service fee plus the cost of jewelry. Jewelry costs will range depending on what is appropriate for your anatomy and what you choose. All jewelry pricing is done in-house. Jewelry change-outs to jewelry you already own (from us or another studio that uses reputable companies) are $10.
